Is there anything out there for me?
I know I've asked this to myself many times. Perhaps one of you have done the same.
I'd be lying if I said I have an answer. Everything is really hard to understand sometimes.
There are thousands of ways to view the same scenario, but we mainly stick to one.
The one that is the most comfortable to us, because we're already used to it by now.
The same one that is in a lot of cases the most hurtful too, because of the way we developed
our perspective of the world. Things change. People change. Second chances are a thing.
Everyone is responsible of what they say, but more importantly, they're responsible of
what they want to hear. What this means is: we can't control what people do to us, but we can control
how we deal with it.
Life is simpler, yet more complicated than we think. It's all a matter of perspective.
