Because life is so finite and we are such flawed creatures we do tend to try to hold on to youth or ideas of it longer than we should, but that's only societies view of what age is and what trends are not associated with a certain generation.
I think that the seeking of attention is why people try to retain some sort of relevancy while those who are comfortable with themselves couldn't be too bothered. While they may be seen as an old far inside they are still as insecure and impressionable as they were when they were a child
I always thought that the concept of "age" and "youth" is incompatible) Especially now, in our modern world.
These two concepts can go side by side, but they incorrectly see a correlation between them.
You can be young at 70, as it seems to me, and for this it is not necessary to make a tattoo and wear sneakers.
I notice that the older generation is more and more attracted to young people, because they see in them a fresh breath of air and new ideas, this is wonderful. But this is fine as long as the elder worship does not forget who they are, remains itself, remains simply open to everything new and accepts changes in the world, and does not play the role of a “boy” and “girl” while inside them there is a war between modern values and their personal beliefs.
