Help send kids to camp, TODAY Saturday June 16 we have a sponsor that is matching all donations up to $10,000
Kids that live in the concrete jungle or are just stuck in poverty don't really have a chance to go to summer camp. Unless we help them. Camp changes lives and these kids have the fun of a lifetime. We at www.extremeoutreach.com have been a registered non profit for 21 years. After working with hard core drug addicts for 5 of those years, I saw that no one was reaching out to kids and all the resources were going to the addicted.
So I decided to make a change and focus on the kids and see if I could lend a helping hand. In no time I had over 100 kids coming to Superkids a Saturday program I started. Kids were getting a great meal and having a ton of fun. They really started to live better lives. It's been 21 years now and today is our Annual Double Donation Day where we hope to raise $25,000. This will cover our camp cost and send all the kids to camp that need sponsorship, which is about 90 percent of them.
I have kids emailing everyday wanting to come to camp it's so amazing that they love it so much. Camp gives these kids time to make friends and time to let go of all the stress in their lives.
The camp is 250 acres of forest with a private lake and cabins. It's an amazing time. You can donate if you like at www.extremeoutreach.com or if you want to donate steem I will convert it and put it towards camp. Thx everyone :) I'll keep you posted on the final outcome
