Howdy steemians,

Overall todays training session was sweaty with plenty of internal chatter on the capacity section.

I started this morning with some breath practises. I stated with some gut smash made famous by Ready State. Then moved onto some nasal breathing. basically it was 3sets of 5 breaths. Inhale through the nose deeply then exhaling through the nose but making an extended "H" noise through the throat.

I then started my strength component of this mornings training.
A. 3x6 paused front squats
B1. 3x 2RIR Deficit Push ups
B2. 3x 10 Single leg shoulders elevated hip thrusters

Todays session was a great blow out on my forearms and had some great internal chatter throughout the capacity.
