I have someone I see around all the time and it was terrible to see that someone of that age and experience would think in such a degrading way. Age doesn’t confer maturity indeed and fame doesn’t confer relevance either. You have to really work your way through in life. He felt wasn’t being paid so well so he started doing his work in a sloppy way and yet he hasn’t found another better alternative. Where is the sense in that? Many people don’t know that the key to their next level is actually diligence in whatever they are doing presently.
Who would commit greater things into your hands when all you do right now is complaining and showing disdain towards the job you have on hand? The truth is, everyone is watching. Just when we thought no one is watching, someone is really watching. It is like the story I have shared one time, regarding an interview where the interviewers didn’t know they were being watched and they started reacting badly to being delayed by the interviewers. They didn’t know it was a deliberate attempt by the organizers to see how they would react to situations.
We all know life happens and situations force us to breaking point but you cannot afford to break. You cannot afford to be slothful in the work you have at hand because someone who is watching will be the one to recommend you to your next level. We don’t all have the same starting point but we all have something to start with and you need to be able to make do with what you have so you can get to your desired goal.
We all need to have a positive approach towards things, life, situations and even our job in our workplace. We are not doing it for others but we are building ourselves up; we are building capacity for more and life responds naturally to that when we have built that capacity for more.
Develop yourself and try to see the good in every situation, only then can situations responds to you and the good in everything come to you.

@communitycoin sir!\nThe cycle of life is bizarre. Whenever circumstances are favorable, sometimes there is a contradiction. To make dreams come here, we have to work hard for our goal. Because history writes only those people who compete against the odd conditions.All individuals have their own distinct talents. Even if no age is maturing, then even a young age gets mature.

My dad once told me...yound minds or the new generation have the knowledge and older people like him have the experience. And the bonding of two is the best key to success. It took me a while to understand...by knowledge he meant the latest tecnology advancement in which they were parched away...while by experience he meant the amount of life they have spent.
Looking now and co relating few events i ceratinly feel he was right. Though he was quitte positive in the approach it was us who missed to understand them...and take them lightly
