Who does not like a glass of red wine? <>/center
In Winter we boil it with cinnamon and orange peel in front of stove... It's fantastic!
The story of the wine begins in the spring. The vineyard must be cleaned and digested. My husband deals with these works.
The summer is to be cleaned by excess branches and leaves. The leaves are squeezed and preserved to make one of the best Romanian dishes,SARMALELE.
In autumn, year-over-year, our work is rewarded by fragrant and sweet grapes. The graeps are consumed fresh and the surplus is turned into wine.
How is it? It is not difficult.
This juice is put in some pots called DAMINGENE. These are provided at the end with a hose stopper. The hose is inserted into a water jar so the wine does not come into contact with the air. This hose removes the resulting carbon dioxide of Fermentation. After a few days of being put in Damingene, fermentation begins. When this process stops, the wine is ready. And that's it.
It's not really hard, it's nice and almost free. Nature gives us everything, we just need to get involved.
