It’s in Portuguese. The question being asked by the man to the little man is “ how come you don’t grow up like everybody else?”.
Now the little man represents your work salary, I’m assuming society is bending over to the little man and posing that question.
And the other 3 represent petrol, electricity, heat. Those 3 continue to grow, but our salaries stay short.
Slavery still live in 2019.
