We read newspapers or books, watch news; all present the sufferings, adversities, hardships, and difficulties of life. The news-papers and books and other mediums are full of such types of stories which is the sources of sadness, gloominess, heartache. Even when we have a spare time to sit together we unconsciously talk about that type of stories which create a very negative impact in our nerves. Day by day, we are losing our hopes and just focus on that all stories. We are not focusing on the solutions. We are incorporating our heads with all that pains. All that fillers of pains are just a cause of havoc or catastrophe.
I know the world is facing so many challenges and threats. And all of these things have made us walking dead postures.
We have to do something for this world. We have to change this strategy being in pain all the time. We have to use our time for spreading the smiles. We have to draw some time from our busy, machinery schedules to make the people smiles. Because “spreading the smiles is the biggest charity”.
We are all in pain. We all are facings troubles, issues, difficulties. Now, we all have to take this initiative to alter this custom of disappointment or gloominess. Serve your time in sewing the ach of the hearts. This will be the best charity of your life if you draw a real smile on one’s face. That day, can be called your real living day in which you have used your real opportunity and become the cause of the eradication of the sadness.

truly sir, that is the reason we say in India that we are in Kalyug. Where, there is suffering and pain. People, cheating on others and being jealous of others' success. I, totally agree, that we should just ignore the pain and sorrows to see positive things in life. As, rightly quoted in the book named "The Secret" -- Just believe in your self, visualize and be happy with what you have if you want to enjoy life without pain and sorrow. Charity is love, charity is peace and charity is happiness. thank you.
