A FIGHT AGAINST TRADITION.

I have seen that this exchange of views has in a way moved us away from our particular societys thinking about the mothers role in society and that you wished members of your particular society also to begin to shift their way of thinking

The saying goes that once a fight begins which a person the battle is half won, your determination to change your way of thinking about a mothers role in society is vise versa of that of a man.
Is appreciated, but as you know traditions die hard, now and then you will find yourself slipping back into your particular societys traditional thinking .
Please put up a determined fight and persist in thinking that a determined fight that of a man in the welfare of society.

The plea is no longer applicable to the members of your particular society, the problem here is mostly that of being exposed to the kind of new thinking,
Some members of your society may not be as lucky as your self.
You have managed to start changing your point of view about mothers role in society because you have been in a situation where this kind of people you mix with and the kind of literature you read.
Probably you have also been a position to see many women doing work which formerly was supposed to be done by men in your society. And even doing that work better than men or doing it as capable as men.

But many members have had this chance, consequently they will likely continue for a long time to come to believe that a woman plays a second rate role while a man plays a first rate role in society.

This is a challenge for you, and for those members of the society who will have to change their point of view.
