Its interesting that i always look forward to valentine same way for christmas, yet am not a fan of the festival.
I find it comical to see all these lovers huddles together in roadsides resturants and bars humming with sweet jazz music in the air, that night holding hands and looking in the white of their eyes, spoiled with gifts, flowers and cupcakes. Am not just fitting when it comes to doing like everyone at tge same time. It kills the fun and desire, same for christmas eve , knowing everyone is obliged to party at the same time that same day
I wouldnt forget to celebrate a friend here, NDUBUKA VALENTINE CHINEDU! its his birthday! A big shoutout to him and wishing him a happy birthday and the best life can offer

Christians might think christ have had his day on christmas but we should love God everyday, being causious of the fact that christ is our first love. Am no catholic but celebrating the ash wednesday is ideal to prove our faith.
Most importantly learning to love someone whom we know will never be able to payback in any way, is reaching down tge depts of generosity, love soes not have to be reciprocal.
Valentine's day has generally been accepted as love day despite its various controversies. Some just share gifts, some engage in sexual morality hyped with the trend of social media, some show love to spouse,love mate,friends, parents, neighbours, siblings, pets even nature around us. Some are interested with the needless, orphans, handicaps and less priviledge. Yet there is no enough love in the world or will there ever be. We need more ways to spread the love round the world.
