Powerful post, and a good reminder.
I have heard it said that if you just focus on THIS moment, there is actually nothing wrong. And in THIS moment, there is also nothing wrong. Or THIS one.
The point being we burn a lot of energy by thinking about things we can't change (the past) and things we have no control over (the future). So "Be Here Now" as Ram Dass said.

yes !, I think it's a thing many of us cant seem to let go of the whatever that i not the "Now". We need to remind ourselves that this is the most precious it will ever be. Feeling the present of this moment. :) Thank you for your thoughts !!!
