Spaying can be the best thing for her. If she goes through many heat-cycles without mating - let's say you don't spay her until the age of 3 and she doesn't mate - she will have a probable chance of developing a hormonal disorders. That could lead to health issues that shorten her life. If you want more cats, you can always adopt. Cats recover from surgery the next day and resume their normal life. But you still have to keep the scar clean. Toms recover the same day and because the incision is so small,one or no stich is needed (they keep the scrotum). Also if you want to keep you pet healthy, what you feed her is very important. Brands not always stand for quality. I will post about that in the future. Paws up!
