You Have It!

We all have the power to make our own choices.

We have this ability to choose our own fate.

To decide that the path worth taking is the one of our dreams.

Only we can decide for ourselves if we want to change our lives for the better, nobody else can swing it.

I started taking cold showers recently and my friend recommended his strategy for being able to bear the cold:

He "screams" (in his mind, not literally out loud) "YOU DON'T OWN ME... YOU're NOT IN CONTROL"

It's kind of a simple mind trick.

You're telling yourself that you're in charge and nobody else.

You decide how much pain you can take.

You decide how much progress you can make.

Nobody can do it for you!
