Control your thoughts when you are alone...

Sometime we have nothing to do just chilling or sitting alone and trying to pass out the time as soon as possible, for that we use many things aswell using mobile, watching movies,netflix.....

But many of us definitely love to pass the time just talking to yourself (its not mental disorder) it is quite common in ever 7 out of 10 persons ..thinking about your future , someone ,any problem and yes the most important how to fulfill your wants (money)..

Excess of everything is harmful sometime, same thinking about anything beyond a limit may distract you from the main aspect..

the thing which we need to know that we can think anything as we want but the most importantly we need to know thinking about your goal may help you to know the way to achieve it but the path you need to travel by yourself sacrificing your comfort ,thinking about problem may increase your mental stress but somehow give you the way to solve....

Thinking is not bad it may help you sometime, but excess thinking may harm you everytime

So,control your thoughts when you are alone..

Hello devanggaur! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:

  1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
  2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
  3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
  4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
  5. Have Fun and Enjoy!

Hi, welcome to Steemit! 🌼🤗

Thank you anaviteko🙂🙂

Indeed, even still, there are numerous grown-ups that don't have control over their own brain. They drift through life going starting with one joy looking for movement then onto the next while attempting to abstain from anything troublesome or awkward. They are normally horrendous with communicating their sentiments and conclusions. They feel entitled in a wide range of things throughout everyday life. What's more, they are, without acknowledging it, intrinsically discontent and despondent.
