Encouraging Ourselves

When you experience stumbling blocks in your path towards achieving your goals, don't just give up and say it's over. Rather, seek for encouragement from others or find a way to encourage yourself in order to fight back harder.
It is also good for us to encourage others When they experience hardships. Encouraging them will help them get on their foot once again.
Lack of encouragement has done so many harms than good to people out there. Lack of encouragement has also made many depressed which makes them commit suicide.
I have seen parents blasting their children for not catching up quickly with their education. blasting a wrong message to children and blasting into thinking and being frustrated with life.
As a boss at work, try as much as you can to also encourage your employees. If you want to criticize them, make sure it's a constructive criticism with encouragement to back it up.
You never know the impact of encouraging yourself and others until you begin to see progress and achievements being accomplished. Encourage someone today!
