The 48th National Day of Oman!! Celebrations!!!
Today is the 48th National Day of Oman and it is a proud moment for all the Citizens of the Sultanate of Oman.
The National Day of Oman is being celebrated every year on the 18th of November since 1970, the year in which His Highness Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed, became the Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman.
Since then The Sultanate has become a modern state and played a highly positive role in promoting peace, security and stability for itself and for other Countries and peoples of the region as well.
Oman is ranked among st the Most Peaceful countries in the Arab world.
Events on the National Day:
His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman and also the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, will preside over the 48th National Day military parade and address the Sultanate.
Fireworks will be displayed at designated sites.
Roads will be illuminated with special National Day decorated lamps.
The proud Citizens and Residents of the Sultanate will celebrate National Day at all the Government and Private Workplaces, Schools etc.
The feelings of prides, joy, trust, Nationalism and patriotism will be spread across the Sultanate.
