UNDER-AGED VOTING

In the Northern part of Nigeria, it is noticed that children and under-aged youths are allowed to obtain voters card and also vote which is not according to the constitution.
This has proved critics right which says that election in Nigeria is not and never free and fair.

I believe this is how our Northern leaders manage to get the highest votes in an election.
