WHO TO BLAME? THE GOVERNMENT OR PARENT?

Hey.. hey... hello, can i get your attention?
Poverty eats deep down the blood stream; it flows right from somewhere, it sure got its source but how can it be traced?
Call on my parent? What am I to ask them? Should I haul the anger on them, ask them why they fail to put good food on the table for me and the rest of us? Why we can't get a good learning ground and move with the elites? Why short on clothes, why have to stretch my palms around waiting for drops of currencies?
They are rhetorical questions that can not be answered but sure have answers. Would they be allowed to pour out their anguish, fears, regrets and cast a glance back to history; how they were born and breaded in stinky poverty and light it up down to their great-grandfather/grandmother's patchy lives.
Retracing the line back to the goons who heaps power and money on their shoulders, glued and covered in their busty attires and holes of currencies in their courtyards, not exempting the ceilings of their bedroom. This could only be one person in persons of the GOVERNMENT whom we believed would help lift our baggage, quench our thirst and feed our hungry stomach, provide us good job, help saves lives by providing high-class/grade health care services. Help breed the FUTURE LEADERS, SCIENTISTS, DOCTORS, FARMERS, NEUROSURGEONS and so on. But quite unfortunate, in all, little were done and can't be overlooked.

SO, WHO ARE WE TO BLAME FOR OUR FAILURE AND ARRIVAL AT THE POVERTY LANE?
