Rumble at the dog park!

I love dog parks. And dog-friendly beaches. Well, dog-friendly anythings really.

Ms 9 and I have just returned from the local dog park and it was hilarious. Sometimes dogs have different temperaments, some want to play, others want to chase balls or just be left alone.

Today, however, was mayhem.

Every dog, all six of them, were there to rumble.

All of them. For a good forty minutes.

Have you ever seen dogs really let themselves go and play with other dogs? Chew each other's heads, and ears, and legs? Run until they're too tired to run, and then run some more? Come up to you smiling and covered head to foot in dog slobber?

It is really enjoyable, especially when you say hello to the other dog owners and have a chat. It's fun. It's healthy, and it's a great way to spend the afternoon before dinner.

So much fun!
