Do you sometimes get angry for no reason?
Yes,mainly this things happen with me when i am working or doing any work in that particular process if someone disturb me then i will uncomfatable because of this my mood gets angry.
When some people are shouting on us that do that or they advice and we have to do like that if we fail in that then they will shout on the us because of this also angry mind can takr place.
Their many reasons for this purpose but i can not talk more.
