STOPyea you re right ? at sarting somking in early age everyone sees that as civilsation and being aware and to show off himself/herself amoung otheres. but with time we find out that was the most stupid action we did.
I used to smoke for five years when I was in highschool till i got my first degree in university. then I quite it because I said its enough there is no benfite of it. thanks for sharing your experience brother.

yeah I alhmdoulillah for that? even sometimes I feel like to take one ciggret lol. but I stop myself what is for and what the benfite. eating some choclate is better lol.

My four sisters all smoke. It's so bad for their health, but of course, it's very addictive and they have struggled with quitting for years.
