Things that you shouldn't miss, when in Puerto Princesa, Palawan...

Palawan is cited as one of the best islands in the world, and if you've been there, sure you'll agree. All of these beautiful sceneries, the white sand beaches, limestone rock formations, fresh kinds of seafood, and of course the friendly locals and peaceful vibes.

These are some things that you shouldn't miss when you go to this wonderful place...

1 - Visit the underground river
The highlight of all the sceneries in Puerto Princesa is the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River popularly known as the Underground River, it is one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

2 - Island-Hopping? Let's go to Honda Bay!
Honda Bay is a (place) in Palawan where some of its white sand beaches are found. Some of these famous white sand-beaches include...

• Starfish Island - why it's called starfish? Because it is known for having a large population of Star Fish (or sea stars)

• Luli Island - why "LULI"? It's because of the Filipino word "LUlubog" and "LIlitaw", or Sink and Rise in English, and it's because the island disappears during high tide and reappears during low tide.

• Cowrie Island - 'Cowrie' because it is named after a sea snail called "cowrie".

3 - Time for Chilling out at the Beach!
Of course, swimming won't be removed on your tour! You won't let these white sands and nice turquoise seawater pass your chillin' time!

For divers and snorkelers, there are various dive sites around here in Palawan.
