It was a very useful topic thanks for your great effort in preparing this integrated theme .
I want to share with you a simple idea but it may be helpful in weight loss .
First drink water before eating in about ten minutes It will help you lose appetite and therefore eat the amount of food Which makes the calories available are weak and thus the body will have to burn the accumulated fat in order to save energy .
