Russian President Vladimir Putin Announces Russia Launch New "Independent Internet"
Putin and the Security Council are developing a new internet that will initially be used only for BRICS countries, which will be completely independent of corporations and governments of the global elite, and will continue to work in the event of global Internet stoppages.Putin set deadline by August 1, 2018.
It is believed that a new independent Internet will be censored without any monopolization by Google and Facebook whose monopolistic key functions will be banned as well as their search results and social media communications.Exclusion of Russia from the global internet is of course not taken into consideration..
europe was gonna have one too ... i havent seen much of that ... but since russia is not under the fat arse of the united lobbies of the free world they might pull it off ... my fav story still how nasa spent millions on developing the ballpoint pen and russia just used a pencil to "write in space"

Yeah it almost makes me chuckle that central authority censorship is, largely, based on manipulated results of a deep state compliant search engine and video delivery system, to the prevalent use of default DNSes.
