The sum of the problem!
🎶MONEY! So they say! Is the root of all evil today!!🎶
They had it mostly right in their song, money is A root of evil, it is not the root of ALL evil. The true root of evil is the human EGO. It is a shame that humans have such a weakness to our own personal "demon" that is omnipresent and extremely controlling. It takes a bit of work to actually stop the EGO from being in control at all times, but that flies in the face of the the goal of the "kingdom" which is subservience and control.
I really wish Bill was still around to smack humanity's face with the wet fish of truth, to make us all realize the futility in being assholes. Too many of the great "comedic" minds of our time have gone too soon. I use quotes because I don't think of comedians as just a court jester, they are the truth sayers. They are the ones who have free rein to talk about humanities' dark side. We as a culture TRULY need to accept their place and embrace it for it will only make us better as a species.

Money doesn't buy you anything, it's an illusion. If there was no money on this planet there wouldn't be any less food. It's a big cocksuck, man, money's time is up. That's what people are realizing, hopefully. The grossest thing about poor people so that they crave money. Everyone should wear blue jeans and three T-shirts and eat beans and rice and break every fucking company, BREAK 'em. Don't buy McDonald's - we're gonna break your ass Big Mac, OK? Quit makin such shit.
'It's no surprise that you're also not a great believer in organized religion. Did you have a previous bad experience?'
We are the perfect and holy children of God, and I don't see, being the perfect and holy children of God, how any limits could possibly be put upon us... not at all. That's the point of my act. I just want to be free of the fears and anxieties of death and the superstitions of religion. Being raised in a Baptist... with and avenging God, a God who created hell for his children. I'm sorry, but... no. Wrong. You're wrong. That's an insane God and therefore not mine. Because, see, God would be very sane, don't you get it? That's my act. Everything branches off from that."
