Notice someone you wanna talk to, stare at them make sure you don't blank or say anything because if you did they might think your normal but feel free to walk closer to them without saying a word just keep doing that for couple of mins and now they think you are weird of course unless you are pretty then you can do not wrong so I can't help you if you are ;)
