Usually when we mention the word suicide we think about the worst, because in reality it is not a pleasant word or circumstance, I think that perhaps it is a topic that scares many people, the fact of thinking that some loved one, family member or Friend is going through a depression situation and believe that your only option is this, for us it would be frustrating not being able to do anything about it, it is something that we could not control unless we were at that precise moment. < center>
Now is suicide an option? For seeing it objectively I think so, because for some reason there are those who take it, either because they believe there is no other way out, because of illness or cowardice as others think; but is it really the best option? I think that would be the ideal question, and my answer to it is "I do not think so."

People who think or have thought about committing suicide are obviously unhappy people, either with themselves or with the situation they are going through, it is important to analyze the situation since they are very likely going through a depressive process that should be treated immediately, and of course a person in that state is unable to see things in any positive way, it is important that they can express what they feel and how they feel, that they feel supported and listened to, the knowledge that there is at least someone who believes in you and trusts that you will succeed is often enough.

I will not judge those who make this decision, because I do not know what they are going through, what is so big that it has led them to think that suicide is the only solution, I think that only someone who has gone through a similar situation could be placed in their shoes, for that reason someone external, that is, who sees the situation from the outside does not have the power to criticize or decide if it is an easy, selfish or simply cowardly exit. In my opinion.

We have the power to do it, we are the only ones who can make that decision, we take the reins of our lives and mold it to how we want it to be, I think that is the best advice, take the option to be brave and face the problem, not let our fears dominate us and accept changes, it is not cowardly to be afraid but the fact of not facing them.
