Happiness = duty

Have you ever notice that none of achievement or present or even good weather can't make you feel happy? It's like everything seems ok but there no feel of satisfaction, and there is no delight too. And if it happens days become gray, long, similar to each other...
Suddenly I understand that the days aren't similar and we aren't unhappy and it happened not because of routine and we aren't depressed. I found out the real reason! It happens because we are losing skill how to be happy. Who would think, yeah? But its truth.

I read books, watch psychological programs and listened podcasts. Turns out that the happiness is a skill and as well extant natural condition of human. Skill of being happy is forming in deep deep in childhood. Children are as a mirrors, they learn when they are looking at other and following adults.And reality is that if the environment can`t show it (or for example parents are divorced always stressed and unhappy, always crack children), children have nothing to reflect. But even if your childhood was full of positive experience it does not guarantee that skill of happiness it won't fade. That skill should been train.

How to train happiness?

Actually it is a process of reflecting and it almost impossible to do it by yourself. Best option to ask your friends or partner to help you. All that is required of them is to be able to be happy to teach and to show you what is that. Their work is to admit your condition when they think you should feel happiness (when you have smile from ear to ear, when you singing favorite song or at least eating something delicious). They have to tall you that "you are in good inspiration", "you laugh aloud so at ease" or "I see you are enjoy nature, I think it is truth happiness". You or your friends have just to show and remind you exactly such wonderful piece of life. However there are not much such moments of pure happiness. You have to extract them from routine and work with it. Your work consist of listening to yourself and your body, because it is the only way to get skill of being happy. You have to understand what feelings is your happiness and then you gonna notice them in your life more often.

To be happy means to be in natural condition, to enjoy life and as well it is big work, but it worth efforts. To be happy is our duty!
