Around me, almost every GoodLife Fitness has a shwarma restaurant next door.
Very similar story. People go for a workout, then exit the door to walk directly in for a shwarma.
hrmmmm.... I think I know what I'm having for lunch now.
I haven't started yet. So, KFC it was. Hoping that will change soon... :)
It is indeed placed there knowing that people get out of the gym kinda hungry, at least some do. But if you know why you worked out, and how it denies all the calories you just burned there, you will not have any shaworma for post workout meal.
