I take the toothpaste I buy the magic mud brand it's in health stores it's expensive I pay around $20 AUD for small tube this one has oils and non gmo, fluoride etc.
I choose this type of toothpaste because Colgate brands and others are highly toxic and I'm very sensitive towards fluoride. That and it's a neurotoxin that lowers your IQ... Or atleast that's why municipal councils love it in the water supply.
