i seriously need to adjust myself i hardly sleep. sometimes i browse throughout the night. weekends i sleep less than 3 hours, thanks for sharing at least now i can see how to adjust myself so i dont regret in the long run

Yeah that's huge. Watch out for that. I think 3 hours is 2 cycles of REM phase. I would go for at least 3, which is about 4.5. I'm currently trying to get to 4.5 hours or 3 REM cycles per night.
