Such a person gets more sleep, thereby gaining more energy. If you learn to go to bed early and get up early, then an early rise allows you to come more in the light. Also, an early rise allows you to do more things, because early in the morning you can do a lot. And those who get up at 12:00 or 13:00, then they just do not have time to do what a person does that gets up early.

To learn to get up early, first of all you need to put such a goal. Because everything in our life begins with a goal.
