You did one thing of importance that so many won't ever do... you held yourself accountable and accepted the blame for hat happened. That in itself should make you hold your shoulders higher and more proud.

Sorry for you not feeling up to par today.. as my husband always tells me when I have an episode from my auto-immune disease.. "hang on.. tomorrow's another new day..."

I see plenty of suffering from people who either take on blame they shouldn't or don't accept blame when they should. Both are paths to misery! Thank you.
