Age 30-45: Summer,
The life of nature thrives in its fullness. Gradually, seeds and fruits ripen, and the animals prepare their young for independent living. In the weather, it is the time of sun and high temperatures. The day is long, the nights are short and warm.
People - just like nature - enter the phase of full bloom; consciously manage their lives, bring up children. There is a period of stabilization, both professional and family. There is often a "long day" phenomenon that is characteristic for years: you work many hours and stay in the company until late. Intensive work is intended to guarantee a generous "harvest" - lead to promotions and measurable financial benefits. "Hot weather" of this stage of life tempts with "holiday adventures" - during this time the most treason, marital crises and divorces are observed.
