Fires are a matter of Life and Death. Forest Fires, doubly so.
Forest fires are good for the environment but destructive to Human development.
Some fires serve no purpose at all.
Firefighters give their lives year after year battling fires.
How much is a single firefighter's life worth? A million dollars? More? Less?
What if there were a high-tech AND expensive way to reduce the risk firefighters encounter? Would it be "worth" the price to keep these men and women safe?

The following is a patent filed in December 2013.
System and Method for Stimulating Rainfall (US20150162854 A1)
For stimulating rainfall, a plurality of electrically conducting elements are provided, which cover a substantially horizontal area, are supplied with a high voltage and generate in the substantially horizontal area a high voltage electric field providing in the atmosphere ionization of gas molecules which attract water and cause formation of a plurality of water clusters forming a cloud that produce a rainfall.
That's right everybody. We can MAKE rain! Wherever, Whenever.
This technology works in conjunction with H.A.A.R.P. HAARP is an array of high-intensity transducers(antenna) that are pointed up! They bombard the upper atmosphere with high-intensity electricity for purposes still in the shadows.
One purpose MIGHT be for Weather Modification. Referencing the patent above, one might assume that HAARP MUST be used to stimulate a wide enough area, awash with a plurality of electrically conductive elements, and, with the necessary voltage supplied, precipitates rain into a given area.
Blah Blah Blah science stuff, right?
Suffice it to say, the risk to firefighters, anyone really, can be reduced significantly by filling a horizontal area(say above a forest fire) with Conductive Particulate, then blast it with high-intensity Electricity. Boom, Rain man, RAIN!
Fires quelled.
It then comes down to a matter of money.(Doesn't it always.)
There's a lot of speculation that they can also cause intentional lack of rain to keep the fire going. #geoengineering is a very real and quite possibly very dangerous. Geoengineering.org has a mountain of data on this topic.
Medling in Nature's business is almost never a good idea.
Is this real?
I did not perform any science here just research.
Science... What will they come up with next?
Probably something useful but hidden from those who can use it.
