Of course. There's not a single rule which says men aren't allow to show their emotion or cry. And no, it wouldn't make them less of a man. I think men who can express their emotion are strong and awesome men.
I think this is somewhat a problem of the standards of society. It's often said that real men on't cry nor show their emotion. However, this is wrong! They're also human and should have the right to express how they truly feel.
I have read in an article years ago that men are more prone to commit suicide than women. Perhaps it's because they usually bottle up their emotions to themselves because letting their emotions out in the open was "against societal standards".
In the end, men are also humans and shouldn't be devoid of their rights to express themselves.
