I worked with a beautiful girl that had this issue. Literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walked by her would ask her what was wrong. She finally resorted to saying "This is just my face!" She would have to force a smile at like all times... So crazy.
There was a challange look up in the blogs off @s3rg3 he is asked the Same question often.
