Humility

Merriam Webster dictionary defines humility as

freedom from pride or arrogance, the quality or state of been humble.

In life, it is very essential that we are humble and show humility to people in our everyday life because we don't know what the future may bring.

Whether we are lucky or blessed in life doesn't mean we should be boastful and full of pride. We should always learn that ego is what destroys a man and will not earn us respect. Been proud or boastful destroys the relationship between us and others in the society. Been proud will only pursue people away from us and will make them think bad of us. But when we are humble, a creates a strong relationship between us and various people in the society and will make them talk good about us even at our back.

The people we show humility today might be the people that might be of help tomorrow as life is unpredictable and can chose to make a U turn at any point in time bringing those that are proud to the minimum.

To conclude this, been humble is very necessary as all our possessions here on earth are all vanity. We should also bear in mind that if we serve others, others will also serve us.
