How to Build a Life You Don't Need a Vacation From?

Let us first understand "The ESBI Quadrant"

The world is basically divided into 4 different categories of people :
1.Employee
2.Self-Employed
3.Business Owner
4.Investor

THE SHOCKING TRUTH :

95% of the world’s population falls into the left quadrant, & just 5% of the total population falls in the Right Quadrant.
Whereas, 95% wealth of the entire world lies with these 5% people in the Right Quadrant & the rest 5% wealth is shared by all other 95% people present on the left quadrant.

BUT WHY?

As everyone start their life from school, the very basic things taught in our school is how to study hard to get a job i.e EMPLOYMENT ( Left Quadrant ) or we are taught to become professionals like Doctors,Engineers e.t.c which also comes under (Self Employed). Thereby in very early stage of life these thoughts are implanted in our minds, which leads to the majority of our population to be on the left side of the quadrant.

Why the Left Quadrant Sucks ?

The most valuable resource on Earth is Time. Everyone of us has only 24 hours no matter how rich or poor you are. So in the left side of the ESBI Quadrant, we have 2 quadrants which are:

EMPLOYED & SELF EMPLOYED : The issue with these profiles is that we need to trade our time with money in this side of the quadrant, that is why we spend our entire life working & saving money to retire.

Example for Employed: If you do a job with a very reputed company for which you are paid a good amount of salary, But what if you stop going to your job?
Would you still get your salary? Absolutely No!

Same Example for Self Employed: If you are a very famous Doctor & charge very high fees from your patients, But one
day if you don’t visit your chamber, Will your patients pay you?
A BIG NO!

So if you are on this side of the quadrant, you can’t stop working until you retire.

Moral: So if you are working in this quadrant, you have to work your ass off till retirement, & when you would have saved some money, you won’t have the age to enjoy life. Thereby you lived a life just like the majority of the people worldwide & its time to say GOODBYE to the world.

WHY SHOULD YOU TRY TO JUMP TO THE RIGHT QUADRANT?

Let's start with the same Example:
IF Mr Bill Gates does not visits his office for 6 months, Will it affect his Income?
Absolutely No ! He would still earn a lot of money.

This System on the Right quadrant works completely different when compared to the left quadrant.

THE MAGIC OF RIGHT QUADRANT:

The Right Quadrant includes BUSINESSMAN & INVESTORS , these are the people who can control their life at their will. If they want a Vacation they can go for it without even taking any permission from anyone, neither they have to think about their income. Because at this stage of life everything is quite automated, it’s like planting a tree & taking care of it until it starts taking care of yourself.

BUT HOW DO THEY MANAGE TO GET IN THE RIGHT QUADRANT?

The best part about the above profiles is that they can do whatever they want to do, because they know about the most important resource of the planet & utilizes it pretty well.

THESE PEOPLE BUY YOUR TIME WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASSET FOR THEIR COMPANY.

Example: If you work alone for 10 hours everyday for 10 days .
So You can work for 100 hours in 10 days (Maximum).

But if you hire 10 people for that particular work & each of the employee works for 10 hrs/day.
You can complete the work in the same day.

This is how the concept works in this side of the quadrant.
People like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg are in top 3 richest person list, not because they have got incredible talents but also because they used the resource called “TIME “very well by utilizing thousands of hours of time of others to create big companies & gift themselves a life, from which they don’t need any vacation.
