Are You Riding The Wave Of Life... Or Being Crushed By It?!

Sadhguru spoke recently at an event in the US about the transformation that one can experience through Inner Engineering. He explains that life is not suffering, nor joy, but simple there. If one learns to ride it, it feels fantastic, but if one is crushed by it, then it feels terrible. Are you riding the wave of life, or being crushed by it?!
        The gorgeous nautical hound pictured above lives with my brother, and he is definitely riding the wave of life! I am trying to get my brother to join Steemit and share his journey of fixing up his boat, and his many other incredible activities. Also the exploits of his super hound Beau! ...     I write a lot about being present in now... it is something that is hard to achieve due to the bombarding on our mind and various factors but still, it is achievable! Btw I totally agree on the part where you stated how hounds are actually good at it, that is correct :) is that the reason why animals are often more truthful friends to us?

          Sadhguru is always great to listen to, he is quite a wise Mystic and can rationalize most topics that make a lot of sense. If you are into self understand, he is a must watch on Youtube.
