FEW THINGS OFF MY MIND

Few times we see people act differently from another and in my part of the world we term this people as bad.Growing up few things tend to stand out among we humans and we instantaneously judge this to be bad or good.

If you do not smoke,drink nor have multiple sexual relationships you are termed good and visiting religious venue daily makes you a an angelic saint.These are things they measure people by in my part of the country, the standard is not too high once you follow these set of rules, but have we ever considered that sometimes these saints do not like alcohol nor smoking.

There are people like me for instance who do not like the taste of alcohol nor smoke prolly because of health reasons like asthma and all.While some do not have sexual intercourse often/ at all because they do not like it nor enjoy it.

So it all bores down to choice,your choice and my choice to do these things does not make us qualify as a good or bad person.Sometimes when we are not involved in things we term immoral we are doing worst things by the side.Some things we do are way worse than the ones we shy away from.Sometimes we do not practice forgiveness, we gossip with our friends, we are continuously telling lies and busy keeping malice and we are fasting solely because we are trying to be saints.Well my dearest sister, brothers and friends you are just losing weight.

God is not a man that we can deceive with "perception management".When you want to be a saint,make sure you abstain from all things tge religious book you follow says bad and not the ones that are easy to resist because you want to.Come clean for God and not for yourself because you won't get an immediate medal for these things.

Happy Ramadan to my Muslim brothers and sisters and to the ones who went 30days with clean and pure heart.Your reward is with the Lord.To the ones who kept malice this season, and who feel superior over everyone, I hope you have peace of mind and you wake up each day with your heart clean and your spirit at peace.
