unproductive day

English version - You already realized than exist days that you does not get make nothing or that all than you try gives wrong? I like of call this day of unproductive day, why? normally this day is the horror for everyone, looks than the things not it works right, in my humble experience i think and perceive that this day or days(even worse) always occur after days that you work or execute much something, using one example let's think in one river and one dam(the river would be the services and jobs or others things, and the dam your time) if you remove much water(services and works) ends up drying and you stay without than make, and ends by having the impression that not produced nothing in this day.

My techniques for identify one day unproductive: the sometimes can occur that you not is passing for one day unproductive, you can be only procrastinating, the techniques than i use are, identify what i make all days, sometimes can occur that one thing i can't make because already end or not be available, but if i look with atetion for all, something i still not maked, so instead of seat and relax i go search what do.

I make all, no have nothing for i do, and now? normally in our life agitated happens(for amazing that look like) that occur days in that there's nothing, none work ou service incomplete, nothing for beginning or ending, normally in this days difficultly i sleep or relax, always i go make something, type: read, one good reading always complete well our time. write, sometimes is hard but write can be cool, remove a project from the paper or write something for posting in steemit. to inspire, movies, videos, profiles interesting of social networks are good for inspire in something and make something that change your day and transform of a day totally unproductive for one nice day.

Versão PTBR - Já percebeu que existe dias que você não consegue fazer nada ou que tudo que você tenta fazer dá errado? Eu gosto de chamar esse dia de unproductive day, por que? normalmente esses dias são o terror para qualquer um, parece que as coisas não ligam direito, na minha humilde experiência eu acho e percebo que esse dia ou dias(pior ainda) sempre ocorrem depois de dias que você trabalha ou executa muito alguma coisa, usando um exemplo vamos pensar num rio e numa represa(o rio seria os serviços, trabalhos ou coisas que você executa, e a represa seu tempo) se você acaba retirando muito a água(trabalhos e serviços) acaba secando e ai você fica sem o que fazer e acaba tendo a impressão que não produziu nada aquele dia.

Minhas técnicas para identificar um dia improdutivo: as vezes pode acontecer que você não esteja passando por um dia improdutivo, você pode estar apenas procrastinando mesmo, as técnicas que eu uso são, identificar o que eu faço todos os dias, as vezes pode acontecer que uma coisa eu não posso fazer pois já terminei ou não está disponível, porém se eu olhar com cuidado para tudo, alguma coisa eu ainda não fiz, então ao invés de sentar e relaxar eu vou no ditado popular procurar o que fazer.

Fiz tudo, não tem nada pra fazer, e agora? normalmente na nossa vida agitada acontece(por incrível que pareça) que ocorra dias em que não há nada, nenhum trabalho ou serviço incompleto, nada para iniciar ou terminar, normalmente nesses dias dificilmente eu deito e relaxo, eu sempre vou fazer algumas coisas, tipo: ler, uma boa leitura sempre completa bem nosso tempo. Escrever, as vezes é difícil porém escrever pode ser uma boa, tirar aquele projeto do papel ou até escrever algo para postar aqui no steemit. Me inspirar, filmes, vídeos, perfis interessantes de redes sociais são uma boa para se inspirar em algo e fazer algo que mude seu dia e transforme ele de um dia totalmente improdutivo para um dia agradável.
