howdy angiemitchell! Well the powers that be better start listening. What will that take?
A miracle janton, the powers to be are convinced that early the better is best for children's academic success. And in some cases children do not get the stimulation they need in their homes. The government is really focussing more and more early childhood programs and going the extra yard by providing kindergartens on the school grounds.
wow that's amazing. Then that's just going to make the problem worse for slow starters.
