Every single day is a new opportunity. A clean canvas and you can make of it, whatever you choose. Sometimes it is not very easy to let go of your troubles from yesterday, but you simply must! They might not have been resolved, but they have no right to take away the beauty and importance of valuing the present moment. There is absolutely nothing you can change about the moments passed, and for as long as you continue to dwell on what has already transpired, the more it robs your spirit of the energy needed to fully appreciate the present moment. Every new day offers us unconditional opportunity and if we are to dwell on ANYTHING… that should be it!
