Exploration of Happiness - Practically Spiritual Post by Baru

Do we have an individual responsibility to create, find or allow happiness?

When we love each other, we want them to be happy. Truly happy with or without us - all the time. Not just when we like them, approve of them or "love" them.

Happiness is a choice. People have to make the choice to do what is necessary to assist in shifts that are necessary to allow for happiness to be an option. Be it changing perspective or behaviours - its all a choice. Are you will or ready to make that choice?

Happiness can be a feeling or a perspective. I can be happy that I am alive experiencing things even when I don't like those things or I can create a general sense of ease in my field that allows for happiness to be felt.

Happiness can be as easy as a fake smile or a forced laugh. Some people use Laughing Yoga to create a shift in moods that allows for real laughter to emerge.

What is your frequency between uplifting and downshifting thoughts?

While it's a common folk saying that happy people look at the world through "rose-coloured glasses," does feeling happy really make us more likely to focus on positive things? A new research study published in the journal Emotion suggests that really is the case.
