Life: I used to be a very impatient person, I get irritated easily over little things. Until I started growing up and life began to happen. I realized that somehow I was always confronted with situations that leave me helpless and frustrated. People became more irritable and unbearable to me, patience became the most commonly used word by people around me.
But then, I came to realize that life has a funny way of bringing us face to face with ourselves. Are you prideful? Life will teach you humility, do you have anger issues? life will teach you tolerance, Attached? You will learn to let go. Or perhaps you are just as impatient as I was, then life will constantly bring experiences that will teach you patience.
Life will always find a way to teach you better. It will squeeze you, stretch you, frustrate you, and this is all to make us better people. So when next you are going through a difficult experience, instead of complaining about how unfair life is, pause and ask 'what is life trying to teach me at this stage?'
