It is important for us to rise above unfortunate circumstances, we must learn to take care of our body, mind, and spirit
From time to time, step away from all the things bringing you down; spend time with the people you love, take a trip to that place you have always wanted to go, give yourself a treat, buy that expensive dress, even though you don't have an occasion for it yet. Take care of yourself; because if you don't, no one else will.
The happiest people are not those without problems, but those who have mastered the act of rising above the problems in their life. Problems are a part of life, it is left for you to figure out how to deal with them. You can let it weigh you down, or you can grow a tough skin and deal with them. whichever one you decide, always remember that you only get to live once.
