I try to keep an open mind about everything and I do not usually get frustrated very easily... well, if it is not for the reasons down below. Everyone has these small things that drive them nuts (they are called pet peeves! The more you know...) and here is my list of pet peeves that I have. This is essentially a rant-list, so bare with me.

firstly: people, who do not understand the point of deadlines, dates and time overall

Have you ever had that feeling when someone is always late to meetings and they always produce a different reason as to why they are late? Have you ever been late because of someone else not being on time? I hate that, I sincerely do. I can understand if you are late once or twice and have a really good reason, but if one particular person is always late (looking at you, mr. driving the 4:30 pm bus!)... I simply can not stand it.

smoking... just overall

Do whatever the hell you want to do with your lungs and your health, but if there is literally a sign right in front of you that forbids you from smoking there... I want to beat your ass up. If you want to smoke, do not do it near me, please. I was a passive smoker for 15 years, I do not want to do that again because the smell of cigarettes is awful.

people who play music through speakers and not through headphones on the street/on the bus

Just... fuck off. I understand if you like your music and if your friends like your music, but the thirty people in the same place as you probably do not... So keep it down, please, reduce the volume at least. You do not have to be blasting Tiesto out of a Bluetooth speaker while walking down the street.

lack of respect

There is a certain line, in my opinion, which no person should ever cross as to being respectful against people. I wish people would not just go around yelling "we hate ____" or "we want these people gone". That is just one thing that goes under this topic, the other thing is being respectful towards other peoples' ideas and thoughts. You should at least try to accept that people might have a different opinion than you. You should not try to kill them for it.

using your phone while driving

No... just no. Okay, if you have to answer an important call, tell them "I will speak to you later, I am driving". Do not text and drive, please. They most likely will not die if you do not answer their message or call immediately.

littering

For the love of God, please keep our planet clean. You have to come to the realization that everything you throw into nature will one day come right back at you. You have to understand that animals die because you throw your garbage under the forest or out of the car window. You have to realize that if I threw garbage in your home, you would not like it... so do not use everyone's home as a dumpster.
