The price of success

We all want success in our lives but few are willing to pay the price. Many of us want to be successful, but we don't even understand what it means to be. Success does not come by magic, neither winning the lottery. Success does not come from night to day waking up and realising that we are successful. Many of us have committed or are still making that mistake. Success is built day by day, moment by moment, improving in what we do. Of all the biographies I have read and of all the successful people I know I have discovered a common quality, they are great workers and they are very disciplined, and I think that is where the secret of success lies, precisely in being highly disciplined. An entrepreneur who is awake at 3:00 A.M. working on your project will sooner or later be more successful than the guy who inherited his father's company. I do not think that success is measured by the number you have in a bank account, the success for me is how well you sit with yourself doing what you do and growing as a person. You can be successful singing in a square or you can be successful buying all the shares of a company on Wall Street, because success is measured in how well you feel about yourself and how happy you are in your life.
