I was curious to hear. You could tell what the modifications will be on this hard fork??? Will the SMT be released together??

    No this won't have the SMT's. What I like the best is this:

    The primary goal of the Velocity Hardfork is to change the account creation system in order to lower costs and improve the new user onboarding process.
